P.E.T. Plastic Bottle Blow Molding

In most parts of the world P.E.T. and P.E.N. plastic bottles have become the most popular forms of soft drink and water packaging. This can present a problem for bottlers in smaller or more isolated markets since it then becomes necessary to ship in large quantities of empty plastic bottles to fill.

ABT is affiliated with preform making and blow-molding machine manufacturers in the United States and Europe who can provide a variety of reasonably priced small-scale production lines that can either be incorporated into water/soft drink production lines or operated independently. Below is an example of our smallest basic model, which can service a small to medium sized bottling plant at less than half the price of major European brands. The specifications below are for the basic Combi 200 system, with a capacity of 2,000 BPH. other models include the Combi 400 (4,500 BPH), the Combi Jumbo for 3 - 8 liter bottles (500 BPH) and the Combi Goliath for 5 gallon/20 liter carboys/bottles.
