International sales, service and consulting for small-scale breweries,
brewpubs, soft drink and water bottling plants, PET bottling making plants,
boilers, grain-handling systems and glycol cooling systems.
Brewpubs are one of the hottest trends in the
hospitality industry with hundreds of new operations opening annually
worldwide. ABT offers a full range of on-premise brewing systems ranging from
our 3 barrel/4.5 hectoliter Tavern Brew system
through to 15 barrel/17 hectoliter plants. Go to
our Drink Profit
Calculator to determine your profit per keg/half barrel. Click here to go to our brewery feasibility questionnaire.
Microbreweries are modern state-of-the-art
small-scale breweries that can service profitable market niches or isolated
local markets. ABT installs and services them worldwide. Click here to go to our brewery feasibility questionnaire.
PET Bottle Production Plants for water, soft
drinks and even beer can be the answer for bottlers who have difficulties
obtaining secure supplies of PET bottles. ABT offers reasonably priced
moderate-scale equipment for both pre-form production and blow molding of PET
beverage bottles.
Plant liquidations and used equipment. In addition to building breweries, soft drink and water bottling plants we sometimes acquire or are asked by clients to sell off surplus equipment and plants. If you are looking for good quality equipment at reasonable prices please review our current
inventory by clicking here.
Boilers for breweries and beverage plants are
not all alike. Our line of brewery boilers are especially designed by our
main boiler man, Tony "My Life Is Combustion" Ranallo, for simultaneous
multi-vessel use. Plus they include our exclusive "Hot Water On Demand"
feature to give brewers and bottlers amazing amounts of hot water for
cleaning and kegging whenever it's needed.
Grain Handling Systems should convey grist, not
grind it. Yet most small-scale systems produce unacceptable amounts of flour
which retard lautering rates and alter the taste of the beer. Dale the Grain
Guy and his crew of grain-handling gurus from Iowa (Where else?) have
designed systems for ABT that deliver grist with exactly the grind
specifications that the brewer requires.
Glycol Cooling Systems are a challenge to
properly design. But "B.T.U." Bob, our resident cooling system genius, has
designed a unique set-up that eliminates the need for multiple compressors
in a brewpub. One unit will service both the brewery and restaurant at a
substantial cost savings over a conventional multi-compressor system. You can
even make the weather work for you and save even more money on the electric
bill.
Consulting Services are available for
discrete help in either the start-up and design phase of your project or to
deal, quickly and efficiently, with unexpected problems or unmet promises
from other suppliers. ABT specializes in cleaning up other peoples' mistakes.
We can also research and develop new beverage and
beer formulations, design your plant or
brewpub or even write your business plan.
Brewers Resources are a free collection of
very useful charts, graphs and forms that cover a number of brewery and
beverage plant production procedures. Want to know what the proper B.O.D.
for effluent discharge in your brewery should be? How about the correct
strike water temperature for your mash tun? It's all here, and it's free!
About ABT shows that we've been in the business
since the very beginning of the modern small-scale brewing industry. We know
what works, and what doesn't. Let us put our expertise to work for you.
